Processing of personal data

Our goal is for you to feel safe when you provide personal information to us. We comply with current data protection legislation in all processing of personal data. Personal information is information that can be used to identify an individual. We take ongoing measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in a secure manner and in accordance with our security rules and routines.
The person responsible for the processing of your personal data is the business association Knallelandsgruppen, 864501-9640.

We only collect the personal information that you provide when you participate in any competition with us. You must provide the information we request when you compete and must win, for example, a gift card. We do this so that the winner can be contacted and also so that you can get your winnings.

Your personal information is saved one month after the competition is over and the winner is announced. If you have won a gift card, your personal information will be saved for two years, due to accounting obligations for our finance department. We report the name of the winner publicly but do not disseminate personal information to other parties.

You have the right to:

• Request access (so-called register extract). You have the right to request confirmation from us if we process personal data concerning you, and in such a case request access to the personal data we process about you, a so-called register extract. In the case of individual stores in Knalleland, each unit is independent and you contact the respective store to request access to a register extract.
• Request correction. If you believe that information about you is incorrect or incomplete, the right to request that the information be corrected.

You exercise your rights by contacting us at centrumledare@knalleland.se and you also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Datainspektionen).
